How do you meet a caring woman who understands you have a poor emotional IQ?

What's an emotional IQ? Is it that Sociopath Test where they show you faces & give your 3 or 4 options for you to guess what emotion that person is conveying, & then you totally fail it? Yeah, I've been there... & sometimes those bastards only show you the eyes. Is it my fault if I can't tell the difference between angry & horny or sad & laughing? I mean hey, I've looked through every school yearbook I've ever been in & I have the exact same expression on my face in every one of them (my mom said it was creepy).
