Is it wrong that I earn my living off the generosity of married tax payers?

Only if you are "earning" it off of the "generosity" of taxpayers. I am against the non-earners demanding that the taxpayers pay for their life because the reality is you are only fattening those cows in Washington DC. Every social program gives crumbs to the recipients and the meat to the administers of the program. It would be better for the government let everyone keep the bulk of their pay and businesses compete to sell their products. If half the people are getting it free or at very low cost then the price will always be higher for those who have to pay and they are getting very resentful when so many who receive are really able bodied.
